Location: Horseshoe Lodge & Retreat Center @ Mountain Campus - Nature & Wildlife Discovery Center, Beulah, CO (approx. 25 miles west of Pueblo, CO)

Conference Registration Cost: $75/person (both days), $50/person (one day)
Lodging & Food
For those traveling from out-of-town or wishing to stay on-campus:
- Option #1: 2-night Dorm/Bunk Retreat: $162.86/person
- *This price is the cost/person for a bunk in one of two group bunk rooms for Friday and Saturday with 3 meals/day provided on Friday & Saturday.
- **Bedding & bath linens are all provided. Those staying in the dorm/bunk rooms have access to one of two large bathrooms in the East Wing of the lodge, each with multiple showers/restrooms.
- Option #2: Private Room - Individuals not wanting to stay in the large bunk rooms may choose one of the Horseshoe Lodge West Wing room options (prices linked here).
- *Bedding & bath linens are all provided. Some West Wing rooms have private baths, while others have access to one of four other private bathrooms in the West Wing.
- **West Wing room online prices DO NOT include the meal plan. Individuals wanting to include the meal plan with their stay will need to pay an additional cost of $44/day for meals ($88 total for Friday & Saturday)
- Possible Add-ons for attendees traveling before/after the conference:
- Thursday (4/3/25) dorm bed: $30/person
- Thursday dinner: +$17/person
- Sunday breakfast: +$12/person
- *gluten free and/or vegan meals cost +$3/person due to the higher cost of ingredients
